Return Policy

At Joras Collection, all sales are final.

We only accept returns or replacements if you receive the wrong item, wrong poster, wrong size, or an item different from what you ordered.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item you received.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong design
• Preference or color differences
• Items that have already been used, hung, or damaged after delivery

If we confirm that we made an error with your order, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
