Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Joras Collection is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Order Issues

All sales are final except when an order arrives damaged or the customer receives an incorrect item.

If you receive the wrong poster, wrong size, wrong item, or a damaged product, contact us at support@jorascollection.com within 7 days of delivery.

Photos and your order number may be required to resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

The Joras Collection name, branding, website design, original graphics, photographs, product presentations, and original poster designs created by Joras Collection may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or used commercially without permission.

Certain artwork may reference or incorporate third-party characters, names, imagery, trademarks, or other intellectual property. Any applicable rights to third-party intellectual property remain with their respective owners.
